Could you tell us how Reman began and about the Role of the New Reman Business Unit? 

Remanufactured Parts are nothing new for CNHi, we have more than 30 years of experience in the USA and during the last 12 years we have formed a dedicated Joint Venture that brings together product expertise and access to equipment.

The focus on Reman in Europe started in 2013, establishing a dedicated Sales Team responsible to create the needed processes and develop the appropriate product offer to answer the specific needs of local end customers.

Since then, the business has grown faster and faster together with our Product Portfolio and supply Chain.

Today we are proud to offer a wide range of 14 different product families & nearly 2300 Parts for your CASE IH machines.

But as for all newer businesses, Remanufacturing requires a new entrepreneurship approach with specific efforts and dedicated focus, that's the reason why in 2022 we have decided to create, in EMEA, a Specific Business Unit responsible to develop the Reman Business. With more than 12 people It brings together expertise on Product, Quality, Material Forecasting, Core management, Communication and not least a team of dedicated Business Managers at market level ready to support our Dealer and Customer needs. 

Reman is a fast growing range with a huge potential, how would you explain this success ?

Our portfolio is constantly expanding in terms of products to better respond to the needs of our customers.

With Reman, our Customer can save 30% on price in average compared to new replacement parts and reduce machine downtime, as remanufactured parts can be quickly fitted as an alternative to an overhaul or repair, minimising risks and improving mechanical dependability.

Let’s not forget that Remanufactured parts provide not only tangible benefits to the End Customer but also to the Environment. For example, building a remanufactured engine requires 80% less energy than a new engine!

As said before, Reman has a big potential. What would you say to CASE IH customers that are still reluctant to buy Reman parts ?

With Reman our customer can save money compared to new replacement parts and reduce machine downtime, as remanufactured parts can quickly fix their machine without any surprise during the overhaul or repair operation. 

Our Customer can get their machine repaired in the shortest possible time at an effective predetermined price while supporting the environment!
